[etc] Configuring the jetdirect server on HP laserjet 2200 dtn

This is a note to myself.
The HP laserjet 2200 DTN printer in SEO 1010 has a builtin jetdirect card, that can be directly connected to a 10/100 Mbps ethernet network.

Some how the IP address for this printer got changed. I followed the following steps to bring things back to normal:

Printer Name: itchy
IP: 131.193.50.116

1. Print all the configuration by simultaensuoly pressing the GO and JOB CANCEL buttons. (There are just two buttons on the top, it should be easy to figure out which.)

2. This above pages will tell you about the Ip address, hardware address and a lot more information.

2a. I connected the printer to my private LAN having a DHCP server (192.168.0.x).

3. I decided to reset the printer to the factory default state. This is done by a. Powering down the printer, b. Keeping the GO button pressed, c. Powering up the printer.
The GO button should be released after aroung 5 seconds.

4. The printer automatically got its IP address. You can check this by either running a "ettercap -i eth1" on mia, or checking /var/lib/dhcp/dhcpd.leases file on mia.

5. Now configure the printer by http://192.168.0.AA (or whatever IP address you have set it to.
