[etc] Emacs commands to use autofill mode.

To enter word wrap mode from within emacs, enter the following command:

        Meta-x auto-fill-mode

To word wrap a pre-existing paragraph, enter:

        Meta-q

To word wrap and full-justify a pre-existing paragraph, enter:

        Ctrl-u Meta-q

To set fill-column
M-x set-variable <etnter> fill-column <enter> 65 <enter>
or
C-u 6 5 C-x-f
