Good morning,

Thank you for confirming that the monitor is OK, it would appear that
the motherboard is having video problem.

I searched Intel for the driver that you have installed (6.14.10.3691)
and I found out that this is a Windows 2000/XP driver used with an Intel
D865GVHC motherboard, I will need the system serial number to confirm
this, but I am confident that your system, if it has an 865 chipset, has
the Intel D865GLC motherboard installed. Please go to the add/remove
programs applet and remove the video driver software (if any), make sure
that the driver is removed from the device manager, let the system
reboot if it wants to, then install the correct driver that you can
download from here.

If you need any assistance, please call me at 800/523-3304 ext. 60421

Thanks, Gene

The settings are 1280 x 1024
Refresh Rate: 75 Hz.

I just moved it to another system and it appears that the flicker has
gone..
As you have asaid above, the monitor is good but the on-board video may
be a
problem.

Please let me know what should I do about the on-board video problem.
Thanks
Shashank
