IEEE Xplore: I use this mainly to searh for published articles. This is free for all UIC students (from the UIC domain)
 
IEEE Comm. Soc: Needs User name and password. (I have one).
 
Spectrum Magazine: Provides a good introduction to some upcoming technolgies of Interest.
Click on "Member Table Of Contents", Enter the User Name and Passwd.
